Terms of Service

1. Product Types
We sell refurbished, new, and “as-is” forklifts. Each listing will specify the condition.

2. Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available in the U.S. and is included in your invoice. Customers may also arrange pickup by appointment.

3. Payment & Financing
We accept full payment prior to delivery or pickup. Financing is available—ask for options during the quote process.

4. Communication
We’ll only contact you regarding your order, delivery, or follow-ups. No marketing unless requested.
